Tour Location & Transport
Secret Sydney Walking Tours operate from Glebe in Sydney, Australia. Glebe is around 2kms from the centre of Sydney, so it's a short trip by public transport.
Tours depart from outside the Jubilee Park Light Rail Station (highlighted on the map below). Jubilee Park is only three stops after the Sydney Fish Market, and it's a short ride from Central Station.
Your Tour Guide will be waiting on the south side of the Jubilee Park station 10 minutes before the tour departure time. Your guide will be wearing a Secret Sydney Walking Tours badge, so you won't be able to miss them.
GETTING TO GLEBE
BY LIGHT RAIL
Light Rail is the easiest way to get to the tour starting point. The Jubilee Park stop is where the walks begin, so we recommend you get off here. The Fish Market light rail stop is at the end of the walk — perfect to get back to the city after the tour.
You can catch the Light Rail from the Sydney CBD (at Central Station or the Capitol Theatre), Haymarket (near Market City), Pyrmont Park or The Star Casino.
If you're planning a visit to the Sydney Fish Market you can do this after the walk and then catch the Light Rail or Bus back to the CBD from the Fish Market.
Sydney has recently experienced some major changes to it's CBD buses due to the construction of the new Light Rail. You can catch the 431 bus to Glebe from the city.
Take the 431 (Glebe Point) from Castlereagh Street in the CBD or from Railway Square (near Central Station). The 431 bus travels the full length of Glebe Point Road, so get off the bus at the last stop (the driver will tell you when you get there). From here it's a very short (5 min)) walk to the tour starting point at the Jubilee Park Light Rail station (see above for details).
